My name is Melanie and I’m the designer and shop owner of Be Grace Be Love Boutique, I’m so glad you’ve stopped in!
As a busy mom, I understand the struggle involved with getting the kids put together and out the door in a flash.
That’s why I design hair accessories that are simple to use, have personality, and won’t take a bunch of precious minutes to get your little girls looking put together and out the door.
I am always adding new items and having sales, so be sure to add my shop to your favorites so you can stay current on my shop happenings!

Our Story
Follow me back to the 80’s- no not the era of banana clips, big bangs, and crimped hair, we are going back to the early 80’s. This is where you will find the school aged girls Melanie and her little sister. Do you see them? Aren’t they adorable with their matching outfits, knee socks, and blonde hair!
Yep, there they are squirming as their mom pulls their hair back and clips it with a plastic barrette she hand decorated herself. Every girl loves to feel pretty. Having something extra pretty to pull our hair back with, especially something that has a little hint of our personality attached to it (whether it’s our favorite color, a favorite character, or animal we love), well that’s magic to girls big and small.
As the years went on and adult life set in, a new generation of little girls began to show up in my family. I was reminded of those Barrettes mom used to make and I began designing and creating my own to give as gifts to all the nieces I’ve been blessed with. That turned into giving them as gifts to friends, which then started the adventure of selling the Hand Designed Barrettes and Hair Clips in local markets and now to the online marketplace.

My name is Melanie and I’m the designer and shop owner of Be GraceBe Love Boutique.

I’m also mom to 3 really awesome dudes! I’ve got nearly 17 years of parenting under my belt and honestly there are days when I’m pretty sure I still don’t know what I’m doing! Can I get an Amen, fellow Mamas? We are currently in the Teen / Pre Teen stage of parenting. I’m pretty sure they could devour an entire grocery store and still be hungry afterwards!
